- Toasted nuts (Marcona almonds, candied pecans)
- Crackers & sliced baguette
- Fresh herbs for garnish (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
- 01.Anchor the board with cheeses spaced evenly to define zones.
- 02.Drape meats in folded ribbons; never lay them flat.
- 03.Tuck small bowls of jams and condiments into open spaces.
- 04.Fill remaining areas with fruit, nuts, and crackers; finish with herbs.
- 05.Let cheeses temper at room temp 20 minutes before serving.
