Ingredients
- Sliced baguette, toasted
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
- 4 fresh figs, quartered
- 2 oz prosciutto, torn into ribbons
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- 01.Whip goat cheese with honey until light and spreadable.
- 02.Spread a generous spoonful onto each toast.
- 03.Top with a fig quarter and a ribbon of prosciutto.
- 04.Drizzle lightly with honey, sprinkle with thyme and flaky salt.
