Ingredients

  • Sliced baguette, toasted
  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 2 oz prosciutto, torn into ribbons
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. 01.Whip goat cheese with honey until light and spreadable.
  2. 02.Spread a generous spoonful onto each toast.
  3. 03.Top with a fig quarter and a ribbon of prosciutto.
  4. 04.Drizzle lightly with honey, sprinkle with thyme and flaky salt.
