Our goal is to deliver an experience that is creative, seamless, and truly otterly gingertastic. Please review the following policies and procedures carefully. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total catering sales contract is required to secure your event date. Deposits are credited toward your final invoice and must be paid in full at contract signing.
The remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to the event date.
Final guaranteed guest count must be submitted no later than 14 business days prior to the event. Our kitchen prepares for 5% over the guaranteed number.
All pricing is subject to a 22% service charge and applicable sales tax. Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided.
Our Event Pros will assist with menu planning, including custom, themed, gourmet, and ethnic options. À la carte menus are available for groups of 25 guests or fewer.
Menu pricing is based on current market conditions and subject to change without notice.
Corporate clients may establish a catering account for streamlined billing. Accounts are intended for organizations with average monthly charges of $500 or more.
Pick-up orders are packaged on eco-friendly disposable serviceware at no additional charge. Orders are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Drop-off delivery (no staffing) is available for $50 within Dallas city limits. Additional delivery fees apply outside Dallas.
Due to Health Department regulations, all food and beverage must be prepared by Otterly Gingertastic. Guests may not take leftover food or beverages home.
TABC-certified bartenders are provided. Clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol unless otherwise arranged. Otterly Gingertastic reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Tastings must be scheduled at least 7 business days in advance. Complimentary tastings are provided for up to two guests.
We happily accommodate special dietary needs and create custom menus when needed. Please discuss requests early in the planning process.
Valet parking, coat check, décor, rentals, DJs, and entertainment can be arranged with advance notice.
